Eurovision Song Contest 1963

On Saturday 23rd Match 1963 the 8th Eurovision Song Contest was held in the Television Centre in Londen (United Kingdom), hosted by Catherine Boyle.

Each participating country had 10 jury members who personally awarded 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point to its favourite top 5 songs.

 The scoreboard shows the original result, with Switzerland two points ahead of Denmark. Norway's votes were recalled when confirming their votes, which they happened to have changed. This took victory away from Switzerland and gave it to Norway's neighbour Denmark, represented by Grethe and Jorgen Ingmann.
