Eurovision Song Contest 1971

On Sarturday 3rd April 1971 the 16th Eurovision Song Contest was held in the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin (Ireland), hosted by Bernadette Ni Ghallchoir.

Each participating country had 2 jury members, one younger than 25 years old and the other older than 25 years old. Both jury members gave scores to the songs of all other countries, marking them from 1 to 5. Both scores were added and so every song received from each and every other country a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 points.
